I don’t think 2020 deserves a recap. That year was a shit show.

Instead, this year, I ask you to TRY.

Try to cook, to swim, to surf, to eat the food you hate, to live in an island, to learn a new language, to make friends with strangers,

—to love, to leave, to forgive, to chase your dreams, to see the world, to be alone, to fall, to get back up again.

If there’s one thing I’ve learned in the past year, it’s that we don’t have too long in this world. And so for as long as you live, try.

Because trying means dreaming. And dreaming makes life worth living.
